A: There are no hidden charges in our pricing charges. Our prices include all charges for driver, fuel, insurance, permits (if necessary), travel, etc. We will also quote production charges for printing and installing your mobile billboards. Production charges are typically $250 for each billboard panel utilized.
Q: Is artwork for the ad(s) typically included in your pricing??
A: Most clients supply us with their own art work or have their advertising agency provide this to us. If you do not have art work for your campaign, we can assist you with creating the ad for a nominal charge.
Q: How far in advance should I schedule my advertising campaign or event with Motion Media Partners??
A: We generally recommend that you provide us 2-3 weeks advance notice to produce your mobile billboards. This period allows the client sufficient time to review a proof of the billboard before it is sent to production and to ensure any final changes can be made before production and installation of the billboard panels. We understand that some clients will need to have a campaign be implemented earlier than a 2-3 week window would allow. In these situations, we will work with you closely to implement your campaign as quickly as possible.
Q: How many hours are the mobile billboard trucks running during a normal daily advertising campaign??
A: Our pricing assumes a minimum 8 hour driving day that our trucks are being utilized. We typically drive a 10 hour day to ensure that we have peak exposure coverage during the morning and evening rush hour period. However, we can also customize our driving hours to meet the needs of your specific campaign or event.
Q: How are Motion Media Partners driving routes determined for mobile billboard campaigns??
A: Generally, our driving routes are determined by utilizing the most recently available traffic count studies supplied by the Department of Transportation or the local regional planning commissions. Our routing process ensures that your campaign will have the most potential impressions by traveling the highest traffic areas in the metropolitan areas. If your needs require a customized route that is more beneficial to your business, we will work with you to create a tailored route for your needs.
Q: How do I know that my campaign is following the route(s) that were designated??
A: All of our trucks are equipped with GPS tracking systems that allow you to track the location and driving history through the Motion Media Partners web site.

Q: What happens to the vinyl billboards when a client is finished with a particular campaign??
